80 Guest Tent Packages

We offer multiple options for 80 guests. Standard 80 guest package, “Deluxe” 80 guest package (with lighting and linens), and options to include a dance floor and a larger tent.

Our Standard 80 Person Tent Package includes the following items:

  • 20x40 white, high-peak, frame tent (no center pole, “open floor-plan,” can be placed in tight spaces). We offer high-peak frame tents (limited supply) or traditional west-coast frame tents for this package.

  • (8) 60” round tables (seat 8 to 10 guests)

  • (3) 6ft long tables for food, beverage, gifts, etc

  • (80) white folding chairs

80 guest package - $1200 (+ tax & delivery)

Setup on Thursday or Friday, take down on Monday or Tuesday

Deluxe 80 Guest Package

Add tent perimeter lighting and white tablecloths to make a “deluxe” package.

$1550+ taxes & delivery.

80 Guest Package with Dance Floor

Upgrade your 80 Guest Package to include a dance floor under a larger tent.

Can be set up as a 20x60 or 30x40 tent depending on your needs.

$2275+ taxes & delivery.

80 Guest Deluxe Package with Dance Floor

Upgrade your 80 Guest Package to include:

  • 12x16 dance floor

  • 20x60 or 30x40 tent

  • add lighting and tablecloths for all tables

$2695+ taxes & delivery.

Why is this package perfect for you?

  • You pay for a 1-day rental, but the package is yours for the weekend. You can plan a brunch the day after your party, or host evening cocktails the night before. We setup on Thursday and Friday and take down on Monday or Tuesday typically.

  • Friendly, professional setup and removal. We send a small 2-3 person crew to setup this package. We will take care of your property, and make sure you are happy with your rental.
